What is cube-freeze?
cube-freeze is our freeze-drying process that turns coffee concentrate into a single porous cube — no powder, melts in ice water.
1. Brew & concentrate.
We brew coffee low and slow, then concentrate it. The ingredient list stays just coffee.
2. Freeze into a cube.
Coffee concentrate freezes from the bottom up in a cube mold, forming straight ice channels.
3. Let the ice leave.
Under vacuum, ice turns directly into vapor. A porous coffee cube remains, with channels that draw water inside.
4. Seal the whole cube.
Each cube is individually sealed and protected. No grinding into powder. No scoop or measuring.
The beans are roasted; the difference is how we dry the brewed coffee. We freeze the concentrate, then remove the ice under vacuum instead of drying it with hot air. That is what “Freeze-dried, never scorched” means.
Just coffee. One ingredient?
Yes. OHSIP is 100% Arabica coffee, freeze-dried into cubes. The ingredient list is just coffee.
Do I need a coffee machine?
No machine, filter or kettle needed. Drop a cube into ice water and stir, or use a closed shaker. No grounds to clear away.
Can I make it iced?
Yes. Drop a cube into ice water and stir, or close your bottle or shaker and shake until dissolved. No kettle or hot-water step needed. Hot water works too.
How many cups are in a bag?
Each bag contains 30 cubes: 30 classic cups using one cube per cup, or 15 bold cups using two. Mix it up to suit your day.
